Paragraph issues
When typing up a class or event description I find that after I have entered it all in and go back all the formatting is lost. no spaces or paragraphs. Can this be addressed?

Fix booking options
It would be nice to have an option when someone is trying to book and it doesn’t go through for whatever reason to be able to either push it through, or to have another way to contact them. It only gives the option to delete the booking and not any other adjustment can be made

Calendly has an option to create a poll and link to send to a group to select the best option to meet. Can Lunacal do the same with specific choices?

It would be great to be able to save a customized brand theme that is there for the choosing anytime you generate embed code. Right now, I’m taking the customized colors from the branded design and putting every new embed in Chat GPT to keep it on brand. A saved template would make this smooth.

Add webhook on the account level
Currenly the webhooks are on the event level which means if I want to reflect actions using webhook I will need to manually add it one by one. We need one general webhook that can refelct to all events and it can make things much easier.

Limit event participants by email address
Once an event is set as private, there should be an additional option to restrict access based on specific email addresses. This feature would allow event creators to define a list of approved participants. Only users with matching email addresses would be able to access and book the event. If an unauthorized user attempts to access it, they should receive a clear message indicating that the event is private and restricted and they should reach the owner and ask him to grant him access. This capability would prevent invited participants from freely sharing the event link and would enable the creation of truly exclusive, access-controlled events.

Lock or hide option our main booking page that presents all of our events
Our most basic page that presents all of our events we created can be easily open by everyone. This can reveal campigns that are not ready yet, personal management or organization data and so on. People should be able to view only events we decided that they can view and we should be able to controle it. If my observation is correct this is a security breach.

Availability
It would be helpful to be able to manually enter times where a person is not available. For example, in Calendly, it syncs with my outlook and google calendar. When I block a time on either calendar it makes that time slot unavailable on Calendly.

It would be great if i could add PDF attachments to Workflow items so that i can send for example the general terms and conditions iside an email as attachment and not as Link - it is a legal needed thing here in germany

Single Sign On
For companies using the teams version, I’d love to see Single Sign On implemented with Google Auth or Microsoft365, so when the user enters their email @ a registered domain, it redirects to SSO for authentication, so users have one less password to store.

Sending a calendar link to someone for booking an event i dont want them to be able to switch the event-type. So i would love to be able to disable the switcher on top of the calendar.

Payment Plan Option for packages
I sell packages for my sessions but don’t require my clients to book all sessions in advance. I would love to be able to offer session packages with the options to: 1. Pay in full upfront for all sessions within the package with a discount applied or 2. To pay off the total cost of all the sessions included in the package using a payment plan. I want them to only have to book the first session upon purchase for both options. I would also love if the client and myself can both keep track of how many sessions that have been used and how many are remaining in the package if this isn’t already possible.
