Once an event is set as private, there should be an additional option to restrict access based on specific email addresses. This feature would allow event creators to define a list of approved participants. Only users with matching email addresses would be able to access and book the event. If an unauthorized user attempts to access it, they should receive a clear message indicating that the event is private and restricted and they should reach the owner and ask him to grant him access. This capability would prevent invited participants from freely sharing the event link and would enable the creation of truly exclusive, access-controlled events.

Our most basic page that presents all of our events we created can be easily open by everyone. This can reveal campigns that are not ready yet, personal management or organization data and so on. People should be able to view only events we decided that they can view and we should be able to controle it. If my observation is correct this is a security breach.

It would be helpful to be able to manually enter times where a person is not available. For example, in Calendly, it syncs with my outlook and google calendar. When I block a time on either calendar it makes that time slot unavailable on Calendly.

For companies using the teams version, I’d love to see Single Sign On implemented with Google Auth or Microsoft365, so when the user enters their email @ a registered domain, it redirects to SSO for authentication, so users have one less password to store.

I sell packages for my sessions but don’t require my clients to book all sessions in advance. I would love to be able to offer session packages with the options to: 1. Pay in full upfront for all sessions within the package with a discount applied or 2. To pay off the total cost of all the sessions included in the package using a payment plan. I want them to only have to book the first session upon purchase for both options. I would also love if the client and myself can both keep track of how many sessions that have been used and how many are remaining in the package if this isn’t already possible.

It would be helpful to allow patients to cancel or reschedule up until a specific amount of time, and then have the cancel/reschedule options blocked for the last 24 hours (or set time limit) so they don’t cancel at the last minute leaving gaps in the schedule.

Hi, I’ve moved away from Zoom and Google Meets because I use my conferencing for Selling and those platforms are more designed for meetings. I use a Platform called Meetn.com that’s more selling oriented but I don’t know how to integrate that with LunaCal for my bookings. Right now, its either the event has a payment on or off, would be useful to have an optional payment, liike if the client wants to pay in advance, they can, but maybe some other clients want to pay in cash (in person) so they will omit the digital payment
