Allow a No-Show Response

I may be missing it but I can’t find a way to mark a call as a no-show. I prefer this so as to do two things: 1) block from further appts, as appropriate; 2) send an email checking to be sure they are alright and a note re: their no show. This has discouraged some from recurring late/no-show calls.
