It would be great to be able to customize the tiles for each booking event that is shown in the booking page. Either changing colors, adding pictures, etc.

In my business, it would be advantageous to have different booking pages for different event types. For example, initial contact, sales calls, and onboarding should have different content.

Disable cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours
It would be helpful to allow patients to cancel or reschedule up until a specific amount of time, and then have the cancel/reschedule options blocked for the last 24 hours (or set time limit) so they don’t cancel at the last minute leaving gaps in the schedule.

Conferencing Integration Variety
Hi, I’ve moved away from Zoom and Google Meets because I use my conferencing for Selling and those platforms are more designed for meetings. I use a Platform called Meetn.com that’s more selling oriented but I don’t know how to integrate that with LunaCal for my bookings. It would be great if you could add a “ Custom “ default option for other platforms. Thanks, Kevin kevin@kevsjewelrydesigns.com

Have optional payment
Right now, its either the event has a payment on or off, would be useful to have an optional payment, liike if the client wants to pay in advance, they can, but maybe some other clients want to pay in cash (in person) so they will omit the digital payment

Manage multiple businesses, each with its own calendar booking link. Managing multiple calendars separately is time-consuming and creates operational challenges. I would like to request a feature that allows users to manage multiple business calendars under a single platform or account. Ideally, this feature would enable: Centralized dashboard to view and manage all calendars from different businesses. Ability to switch between or integrate calendars without logging in and out of multiple accounts. Customizable booking links and settings for each business within one interface. Notifications and reporting that can be filtered by business. This enhancement would greatly improve workflow efficiency for users managing multiple businesses and bookings.

Improve Floating scheduling button with form
The scheduling button for the website is great, but it could be even extended further. Let´s imagine a regular contact form that users can send. The recipient (website admin) should then be able to manually choose appointment suggestions and send it as an email response to the one who filled out the form. It would make sense to allow custom mail settings for every team account. So in the settings of the floating widget it should be possible to either allow the user directly to schedule an appointment or to use a contact form that can be answered with appointment suggestions (or both). Desperately need to add different widgets for different appointment types / booking pages. I offer different services, so need different widgets on each booking page type. This is really important for lots of people I would imagine. I heard this was in development, but that was months ago and is still not here. Please make it so.

Filter by booking type in Zapier during Trigger action stage
We need the ability to choose the booking type for a zap so we don’t have to use the paid Zapier plan to add an additional step to filter between bookings. This way, we can create a single step zap. Calendly has this capability. You can choose the event type you want the zap to be for eliminating the need to “filter”.
