Have optional payment

Right now, its either the event has a payment on or off, would be useful to have an optional payment, liike if the client wants to pay in advance, they can, but maybe some other clients want to pay in cash (in person) so they will omit the digital payment

    Let me join this request and ask if we can add 3rd option other then paypal and stripe and in that option we can add a local carrier payment landing page URL where the client can submit his credit card and make the payment. Is it possible?
