Be able to manually add appointments from the lunacal dashboard

It would be nice to have a + icon so we can add appointments we receive over the phone.

    And at times that may not be in the available window. Need more flexible overrides for manual entries

    Yes ! it would also be great if that dashboard feature would also allow the override of booking limit criteria when I need to make an exception for a specific appointment
