Tips and wishes for the use of Luna Call in European agencies

I think the Luna Call software is very good. Since I work at the largest agency, with over 700 clients, where we also broker software for others, it would of course be great if a white label version became available.

A few small suggestions: The language module is absolutely crucial, especially in Europe. As it stands, the software can unfortunately only be used in English-speaking countries. This should really be a top priority so that the software can actually be used more widely.

Another important point is that I should be able to label the fields correctly and rename them myself, because some of the field names are not written the way we do here in Europe. It’s also important when I create links for meetings—whether I use Google or not. For example, we use other software that isn’t listed, so we can use the neutral link. But even then, the name is assigned arbitrarily and I can’t change it. I can’t, for example, call it Meeting Shell or give it a label, so I can’t tell the client to go to Meeting Shell; it just uses this one name.

Another thing that’s important: currently, only YouTube videos can be embedded. This is a significant problem in financial services, because many companies in Switzerland—especially Swiss banks—have blocked YouTube automatically for security reasons. For this reason, it should also be possible to embed videos using VideoCMS-Link, wistia-Links, or even a hard code from other video CMS platforms. That would make it perfect.

These are just a few suggestions I wanted to share.
