Set up team members entire account as an admin

I would like as an admin to be able to set up a team members account. Make and edit their appointments, calendar, email reminder settings. they should be able to go in there, but I would like to provide them with a basic set of settings with a basic schedule and set of appointments with all the pricing and back end worked out.
