make price prominent on chargeable events

Chargeable events do not seem to have prices prominently displayed anywhere throughout the booking system. The first time a potential client sees actual price is on the actual payment page.

Ideally, the price should be clear and shown at every step throughout. Customers need trust, and not having pricing instantly removes that trust factor.
